This Notion Template is perfect for tracking your habits, as well as setting goals per habit and tracking your progress towards it. You can start using it at any point in the year, since it is fully customizable with your own start date and end date per habit. Easily add habits and goals throughout the year, and reuse it when a new year starts. Goal setting is easy and straight forward, progress bars are updated automatically.

Features:

  • Daily habit tracking: Check off your habits easily every single day. There's a weekly overview, monthly overview and a table with all dates.
  • A new tracker line every day: Automate the template, so a new line with the correct date appears automatically every day (explained in video).
  • Set goals: For each habit, you can set a frequency goal between once a week and seven times a week. You can also set a start date and end date. Your goal number will then be calculated automatically.
  • Track progress: Get an overview of your progress towards each goal. This overview always has the current numbers on how often you already checked off a habit. You will also see a progress bar with a percentage (how close you are to your goal) and a progress bar of the timeframe you set (for example, the whole year or a few months).
